The based population is predominantly owner-operated: turbine singles, twins and light business jets kept in private hangars and flown seasonally or for business travel across Alberta. Where a jet is based here it is normally a Citation, Learjet or Phenom-class aircraft in an owner's own bay. Interior Detail
10–30 man-hoursCabin, cockpit, galley and lavatory. Leather cleaned and conditioned with pH-appropriate products, veneer and placards treated with non-solvent chemistry, carpets extracted, crevices and seat tracks cleared, and cockpit surfaces cleaned without contacting instrument faces or displays.

Working at this field
Practical considerations
Access runs through the hangar owner. Give us the bay and the contact, and we coordinate the rest directly with the facility.
Seasonal flying changes the findings. Aircraft that sit through winter present differently from aircraft flown weekly, and the assessment reflects what is actually on the surfaces.
Unheated bays constrain coatings. Ceramic and correction work needs stable temperature and a clean environment; where a bay cannot provide that we schedule for the warmer season or a heated facility.
Rural operations leave their mark. Belly grime, gear-leg contamination and leading-edge insect residue are common here and are handled with aviation-safe chemistry, never with pressure washing.
Longer service blocks are easier here. Owner-controlled hangars make multi-day correction and coating scheduling far less disruptive than at a commercial field.
Every visit is documented. Written condition report before work starts, verification before the aircraft is handed back.
Travel note
Cooking Lake is a local Edmonton-area field, alongside CYEG and CZVL Villeneuve — no travel charge applies. Calgary is served, with travel quoted at assessment.
